Orders $35 or less ship worldwide with a flat fee of $4.95.

Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time from the time of order. It may take 2-3 days to receive the tracking code from our shipping partners which we'll send through as soon as possible.


USA Customers: We ship by Standard Post via USPS, UPS, and FedEx with a delivery period of 2-8 working days once the order has been shipped, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

International CustomersWe ship by DHL eCommerce from Bangkok, Thailand. All shipments will come with a tracking number and will require your signature upon receipt.

Expected delivery time to major countries worldwide is between 5-20 business days (2-4 weeks). About 80% of our shipments are delivered within 10 business days.

Please note that delays due to custom and postal conditions of each country are beyond our control, and that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


We ship all items within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, typically within the next day.


All prices are in USD. We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards using secured third party gateways so your credit card information is never received by us. We are an authorized 2Checkout vendor. 



We want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns are accepted with a notification within 30 days of having received the goods. 

The product must be returned unused and undamaged. Items will be inspected upon return. When we have received the product and approved the claim, you will be informed and we will refund you for the product.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, including all return shipping costs. Returns must be made through a courier with tracking system. Proof of shipment and tracking number is required. 

Craftsmanship is guaranteed. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If we are unable to do so, we will refund you for the product and return-shipping costs. As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect slight variations from piece to piece.
